| Please remember to ask your doctor to write any needed prescriptions while you are in the office. If necessary, you can ask your pharmacist to call during office hours to have your prescription refilled. Be sure to give the pharmacist the name of your medicine and the prescription number on the bottle. The office assistant can refill most prescriptions over the telephone.
New prescriptions require your doctor's authorization. You will need to get authorization during office hours. |
