As the oldest and most complete neuroscience practice in Central Ohio, we offer a full range of neuroscience specialties. So no matter what type of situation you're facing, we can get the results you need.
All of our doctors spend the time and energy it takes to find the answers to your questions. And when we get them, we spend the time to explain them to you clearly, calmly, and carefully.
Because at Neurological Associates, we strongly believe that you shouldn't have to be a brain surgeon just to have a conversation with one.
Appointments |
| Scheduling an appointment
You may schedule an appointment at any Neurological Associates location by calling 614/324-4680. You may also email us at appointment@neuroassociates.com. Please provide us with a your name, phone number and a time between 9am and 5pm that is best for us to contact you.
Preparing for your first appointment
When you schedule your first appointment, our staff may ask about the nature of your problem and your physician's arrangements for your care.
We will also need all medical records related to your neuroscience condition at the time of your first visit including any X-rays or previous surgery records.
If you need to obtain X-rays or records from a doctor other than the physician who referred you to Neurological Associates, please have these sent to us before your first appointment.
It is also very important for our medical staff to know exactly what medications you take and if you have any known drug allergies. Please bring this information to your first appointment.
It is vital for you to understand your treatment plan, so we encourage questions. Before you come in, we suggest that you take a moment to write down any questions you want to ask your physician.
When you arrive at the office, please tell the staff if your address, telephone number, primary doctor, insurance coverage, or any other important information has changed.
Delays
Due to the nature of our practice, we may have to delay your appointment time while your physician deals with an emergency or a patient with a complicated problem. We know your time is valuable, and we appreciate your patience during any delays you may experience.
If an emergency causes us to cancel your appointment, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
Canceling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice when you need to cancel or change your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to give an appointment to a patient with an urgent need. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment. |
