Testing for sleep disorders includes Polysonogram, Nasal Continuous Positive Airway Pressure and Sleep Latency Testing.

Spine Physiatry and Pain Management

The spine physiatry and pain management program offers the diagnosis and non-operative treatment of neck, spine and back disorders. This program, directed by Dr. Yeshwant Reddy, takes a sports medicine approach to locate and treat a patient's source of pain and restore him or her to their normal level of function.

Treatments include fluoroscopically guided steroid injections, therapeutic exercises and medication.

SpineFirst

SpineFirst is a four-phase program designed to bring relief to chronic or lower back pain. By strengthening core muscles, SpineFirst helps to stabilize the vertebrae in the lower back, which can reduce pain and help to prevent further injury.

A customized program is developed by a team of professionals from Neurological Associates, including an exercise physiologist, physical therapist and spine physiatrist.

Treatment is even more convenient because Neurological Associates physicians are located on the premises.

Physical Therapy

Our physical therapy services focus on the evaluation and treatment of a neuroscience patient's upper spine and neck areas. Using manual and mechanical traction, therapeutic exercises and strenghtening techniques, the program focuses on eliminating pain and restoring the patient's prior level of function.

Office Infusion

Referred patients can receive their intravenous therapies in the comfortable setting of Neurological Associates' offices instead of a hospital. The Infusion Center is staffed by a registered nurse who administers the medication.
